No Worries Services – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and products offered by No Worries Services under the brands InternationalSIM, Travel Connectivity, RieseSIM, and Roam-ON.

Article 1 – Definitions

  • No Worries Services: Registered at the Chamber of Commerce Central Gelderland under number 83771085, located at Molenberg 1, 7064GK Silvolde, The Netherlands, operating under the trade names InternationalSIM, Travel Connectivity, RieseSIM, and Roam-ON.
  • Customer: Any natural or legal person entering into an agreement with No Worries Services.
  • Product(s): SIM cards, eSIMs, Top Up cards, data Plans, and other telecommunications-related goods.
  • SIM Card / eSIM: A physical or digital SIM enabling access to mobile telecommunications services.
  • Top Up Card / Plan: A prepaid voucher or data bundle used to access mobile services.
  • Service(s): Mobile telecommunications services (voice and/or data) provided by a Provider.
  • Provider: A third-party supplier of telecommunications services.
  • Network: The telecommunications network used by the Provider.
  • Additional Conditions: Conditions applicable to specific services or promotions.

Article 2 – Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements via all brands operated by No Worries Services. By placing an order, the Customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions. Additional Conditions may apply and prevail in case of conflict. Any Customer terms are excluded. No Worries Services may update these Terms at any time. Use of Products is also subject to the terms of the relevant Provider.

Article 3 – Agreement

An agreement is formed once an order is placed and accepted. No Worries Services reserves the right to refuse or restrict orders. The Customer also enters into a separate agreement with the Provider upon payment, activation, installation, or first use of the Product, whichever occurs first. The Customer must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information.

Article 4 – Products & Services

All Products are prepaid unless stated otherwise. Services are provided by third-party Providers. No Worries Services does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Article 5 – Delivery

No Worries Services aims to dispatch physical Products within 1 business day after successful payment. Orders placed before 15:00 CET are usually processed the same day. eSIMs and Plans are typically delivered digitally after payment confirmation. Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.

Article 6 – Payment

Payment must be completed using the methods offered during checkout. Products are delivered only after successful payment.

Article 7 – Use of Products

Products are intended for personal, lawful use only. The Customer must comply with all applicable laws and Provider conditions. Fraudulent or abusive use may result in suspension without refund. The Customer is responsible for safeguarding SIM/eSIM details and remains responsible for usage until loss or theft is reported. Device compatibility is the Customer’s responsibility.

Article 8 – Network & Service Quality

Services depend on network availability and radio signals. Coverage, speed, and quality are not guaranteed and may vary depending on device and external conditions. Fair use policies may apply.

Article 9 – Pricing & Tariffs

Prices are listed in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Product prices are determined by No Worries Services, while usage tariffs are determined by the Provider. Prices and information may change without notice.

Article 10 – Returns & Refunds

Physical Products may be returned within 14 days if unopened and unused. Top Up cards, activated SIM cards, eSIMs, and activated or loaded Plans are not eligible for return. Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt of returned Products.

Article 11 – Liability

No Worries Services is not liable for interruptions or failures of Provider Services, improper use, or indirect damages. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product.

Article 12 – Complaints

The Customer must inspect Products within 14 days and report complaints promptly. No Worries Services will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints.

Article 13 – Force Majeure

No Worries Services is not liable for failure due to force majeure. Obligations may be suspended during such events.

Article 14 – Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

Article 15 – Intellectual Property

All website content is owned by No Worries Services. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

Article 16 – Loyalty Program

Loyalty points may be granted under conditions stated on the website. Points have no cash value and may be modified or terminated at any time.

Article 17 – Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
